Was on business looking for a quick dinner, but did not want to succumb to fast food. As I approached the restaurant, my hopes were raised, noting that takeout/curbside service was part of their business plan, having a specific area noted for curbside delivery. After review of the menu, I selected the Tostada Florentine, accompanied with the Chicken Berry Salad. Both were very good, the Salad came with bread, and frankly, at completion I did not finish hungry. I will return, next time will have to try the Mess dessert I keep reading about!

This place is just ... eh. Okay. Nothing spectacular. The food is exactly what you'd expect from a place like this, a Country Kitchen, a Bob Evans, a Ryan's. There was literally nothing on the menu that surprised me. Not to say that the food was bad, but it certainly wasn't anything to talk about. We went there for lunch, so tried to pick out the most unique sounding lunch item on the menu. But out of a sea of salads, burgers, sandwiches and pizza, the only thing I could muster was the Honey Lime Chicken Sandwich. This is exactly what you'd expect: a grilled chicken breast on ciabatta bread. It was topped with asian slaw and a cilantro-lime sauce. It tasted fine - it filled me up - and there was nothing to complain about here. I got it with a side of Parmesan Spinach, which is a "creamed" spinach, although it was more sticky than creamy. Wasn't inedible but it was also not my favorite. My husband had the chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli. He said the steak was very good, but the mashed potatoes lacked flavor (I sampled; I agreed) and the broccoli was blah. They tried to jazz it up by melting some parmesan cheese on top, but the quality of the cheese was very cheap and waxy. This is not a horrible place to eat, and it will probably appeal to a lot of people. But for me it was just very basic. If my in-laws hadn't chosen the restaurant, we most definitely would've picked somewhere else.

Great place, excellent menu and even better service. The food is very good. Everything that my boyfriend and I ordered was perfect. I highly recommend the Apple Walnut salad. The atmosphere is also very pleasant. The prices are a little on the high side but worth the experience.

Great service, good food, and reasonable prices. Love the flaming queso and the Chocolate Mess!

I've always enjoyed the Marketplace Grill location in Conway, and was excited to see they were opening one close to where I live. I recently visited this past Saturday for dinner, and they did not disappoint. First let me point out, we had extremely friendly and efficient service. Our waitress was very thorough, explaining the menu, specials, etc. - without becoming annoying. She was training another employee, so I guess we had double the service (which is never a negative.) They always start customers with their butter-soaked bread (which is much to easy to eat too much of!) I was impressed that they list healthier, "skinny" options with calorie counts, as well as top-sellers and new items. I tried the Honey Lime Chicken Sandwich, which came with a choice of side. It was okay...not great, but by no means terrible. My friend enjoyed her shrimp tacos, while my husband enjoyed his pork tenderloin. Prices range from about $9-$20 on average. Definitely not inexpensive, but not ridiculous for most dishes.

Ask for the server Kalium--he is very attentive and menu-knowledgable. The food was well prepared and the manager, Josh, made rounds to check on our visit. Good quality meat and an atmosphere for any age group. Excited to see a branch in Little Rock!

Our party of five people dined here for dinner based on my good experiences in the past at the Fort Smith and Springdale locations. Neither the food nor service were on par with those. The chicken fried steak was tasty, but the medium-rare prime rib order came out medium and cold. French fries were room temp and hard. Never got any bread at all. Server did not seem to have a great command of the menu, although she did a good job on the drinks and had a very pleasant demeanor. I was excited to have this in our neighborhood, but I can't see going again any time soon. I should say that the flaming cheese dip was a big disappointment. It looked and tasted like slightly-doctored-Velveeta with nutmeg sprinkled on it (yes, I said nutmeg - not sure if that's what the spice was, but that's what everyone at our table agreed that it tasted like) and the quantity was much too small for the price.

Two stars may be generous, but are given because my son loved his pasta in cheese sauce. We ordered a chef salad, two sides, and a kid's pasta. It took over 40 minutes for our food to appear, and on a night with a light crowd. Spoke to management who didn't care. Not a positive first showing. Won't be back.

i go here for the MESS. i love this dessert. although its $8.29 i like getting special deals with it being half off. I love the grits they are different but mine are better. I love the Bread i could eat that alone several times. fresh bread smoothered in seasalt butter. YUM I can't say much about the other menu items due to it being just ok. My food items are better.

Ate there with fiancé last night. Full menu wasn't available yet as they're still rolling out from their opening two weeks ago. Service was still a little shaky, but nothing egregious. Food was all very good. Bread came out hot and buttery, salad was plentiful with right amount of dressing. Main courses were hot and well seasoned. Dessert was a mess, but that's intentional. All around solid meal. Will be back soon to try different items and their cheaper meals-for-two menu once it's available.

This was my second time here. The first time I had a pasta dish and it came out cold. It was when they first opened so I cut them a little slack. The manger did notice I did not eat it and told him there was no warmth to that pasta at all. I told him I would take it home and heat but he did make new pasta and it was better and he took it off my bill. They have been open awhile now and still have problems. My family started out with the flaming cheese dip and how something that was set on fire was still cold but it was but we were hungry so we ate it. The waitress forgot my sons salad we had to remind her and that did not come till after our meal. My kids got the club and thought they were good. I got chicken fingers and loaded mash. The breading on the chicken fingers was very different it was soggy but probably because you guessed it cold when I warmed them up at home they were good and the mashed potatoes were better warmed at home too. My husband got the French dip and yup it was cold so he said not more. They need to learn about quality control, never going back to expensive for cold food. By the way we had to ask for the bread and that was the best part.

I have eater at several market place grills. This is a new location. Service gets better each time I eat here. The ribs are fantastic. It's really nice being able to have a drink. The bar is nice but small. It's very reasonably priced. Great place for kids.

Have visited MP location in Conway, but this location is bad. Caesar was tasteless, large chunks of white bottom stalk pieces. Had to ask for bread or crackers. Finally got bread. Clam chowder was a childs portion similiar to a canned product. Never did get a ice tea refill Made comments to server, but assured what we had was normal. He mentioned we received a $6 senior discount, however soup, salad and tea for two was still almost $29. We were so anxious for this opening, but now Wendys salad looks so much bettet

Worst lunch in years! I'm stunned that you can screw up a burger. Ordered med well (and I'm ok with medium). Was raw inside. I asked to get it fixed. They charred it and brought it back to me after the rest of our table was finished with their meals.

I took a friend there for her birthday. We both ordered the turkey burger. It was cooked and seasoned to perfection. It was delicious, hot, and very juicy! As a side l ordered the corn cheddar grits. Very yummy and cheesy! It was geat comfort food.

Idiotic seating policy and generic menu. Visited on a Saturday evening around 6pm and was told there was a 15 min wait for a party of 2. However, only 30-40% of the restaurant was filled. They were concerned the kitchen wouldn't be able to keep up.... I've never been asked to wait to be seated when there are open seats at any other restaurant. Not wanting to wait for an already open table, we sat at the bar and ordered food, which came out at a normal time. Clearly the kitchen could keep up. Other than their stupid seating policies, the menu and food wasn't anything to get excited about. On par with a chili's, etc.

We had a really great experience here. Friendly service, clean, yummy food. The strawberry shortcake is out of this world delicious. Give it a try!

Earlier today, my stepdaughter expressed an interest in eating at Marketplace because they have flaming cheese dip and good bread served in melted butter. We arrived and were seated promptly, even though it was Easter. Our waiter was very good - attentive and funny - who could ask for more? The cheese dip came out, the girl who brought it dispensed 190 proof PGA on top and lit it up. For those with kids, this is a plus about this restaurant. I was a bit disappointed when the waiter told me that they had run out the prime rib I had ordered, but I more than made do by eating the pork tenderloin.. Between the service and the food, we had a great dinner tonight. Adding an addendum to this review: I left my phone on the table that night. A new iPhone 6+ that I noticed missing the next morning. Used "Find my iPhone" on my iPad, and it led me to Marketplace. The manager had it stored in their safe and brought it straight out. He could not have been more helpful. Just one more reason to return.

Remarkably good. Many new restaurants to have a lot of undifferentiated space with clear internal sight lines on hard surfaces all of which make it LOUD; this one does not, and thank heavens. Very much enjoyed our lunches. We will be back.

My friend and I came just because we heard about the chocolate mess. It did not disappoint! It is Hershey kisses melted to a cold glass with ice cream and whipped cream. It was worth the trip! There was a lot of other good stuff too! The bread was great and smothered in butter. I had the pick with General Tso's and Cajun Chicken. The General Tso's had no sauce to it so that was disappointing. Cajun Chicken was smothered in Cajun Spices with a bite and some kind of butter. When I go back, I'm getting what my friend had...I think it was called the Turkey Mignon...turkey seasoned on a kabob wrapped in bacon..it was outstanding! My sides were snap beans and fries. Best snap beans I ever had...really sweet. Fries were good and they came with a fries sauce which looked like the yum yum sauce in Japanese steakhouses. My friend had sweet potato fries with some kind of glaze on top of them. So go for the chocolate mess and the turkey kabob thing...skip the Tso's chicken. I will be back to eat here again. It only stops from getting a 5 because of my disappointment in the Tso's chicken.

Have to say I was very disappointed. Poor service, bland food. Party of four - None of us were happy with the food or service. I ordered the Turkey Fillet and it was too salty to eat. My two sides spinach and broccoli were tasteless. This is not like their other locations which are excellant.
